 Galette des Rois

Our “King Cake” is a traditional French cake served for Epiphany (January 6th), or the Twelfth Day of Christmas, marking the end of the Christmas season and a holiday that is still widely celebrated in France.

The Galette des Rois is made with buttery puff pastry and filled with a sweet almond frangipane. Inside the cake, a small porcelain saint or “feve” is hidden, believing that whoever finds it is “king for the day” (paper gold crown & porcelain saint included).

ORDER BY JANURARY 1, 2026 for PICK-UP at Matt Ross Community Center WEST parking lot on Monday, January 5th, 2026 from 6-7pm.
